NucleoBond Xtra Filters: Specially designed column filters are supplied inserted in the NucleoBond Xtra Columns, allowing a convenient and time-saving parallel clarification of bacterial lysate and loading onto the column—minimizing the risk of clogging.
NucleoBond Xtra Columns: Enlarged columns lead to lower silica resin beds and enable faster flow of lysate and buffers through the columns, allowing for a fast purification. The improved silica material is based on the anion-exchange group MAE.
