SmartChip Probe qPCR Master Mix is optimized for performing probe-based gene expression and SNP genotyping on the SmartChip Real-Time PCR System. The 2X formulation has been optimized for uniform dispensing using the SmartChip MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND), as well as reproducible PCR amplification with SmartChip MyDesign Kits. The mix has been designed to provide superior sensitivity and consistency for probe-based gene expression assays, as well as superior accuracy and consistent calling, even when working with rare alleles.
